This is an ActiveX component that provides real time content broadcasting capabilities.
This is a component for Windows Developers who need to broadcast video contents in real time to client computers. When integrated into an application of your application this can provide streaming capability of MOV, MP4, 3GP, MPEG1, DivX, AVI, WMV, ASF video files in real time to client computers. The component will not only provide an encoder but a broadcast player as well. You are thus able to send out video over the Internet as well as you home/organization`s LAN. When creating audio/video for broadcast, the end user to your application would be able to adjust Video Bitrate, Audio Bitrate, frame rate, Width, Height, Time out values before broadcasting for optimum results. The broadcast can be supported by a playlist on the user`s broadcast player. Settings are well laid out on the interface the component creates, including a log message area that tells your user what`s happening with the broadcast, if the client connection is lost or restored.
The video broadcast player has aspect ratio controls and set the video size during design or at the broadcast time. The languages you can use for your application development are the usual ones that support the ActiveX technology, namely Access, Visual C++, Visual Basic, Visual Foxpro, Delphi, .Net, etc. To ease your integration pains the developers include samples in VB and C#2005 languages. Full-screen support and reverting through keyboard or mouse inputs are available. The sound volume can also be adjusted.
